down past To:, CC:, BCC:, and Subject: where you're ready to type your text
in your auto responder message that you want everyone to receive when you're
Click on FILE, then SAVE AS.
to SAVE IN: (Scroll down to
where you want your auto responder saved for easy access
I recommend your
desktop or my documents).
in a File Name & make sure you save it as type: Mail (*.eml).
to TOOLS then INBOX ASSISTANT.
the box with "All Messages" at the top of the page.
on the "Reply With" box.
on Browse, then search for your saved auto responder message (Desktop or
My Documents?), and Double-Click on your message.
If you're ready to apply this auto responder now, click OKAY.
If not ready, then "uncheck" your message and click OKAY.
you are ready to leave your auto responder, go to TOOLS, then INBOX
on the box.
MAKE SURE YOU GO BACK TO INBOX ASSISTANT AND "UNCHECK" THIS BOX WHEN YOU'RE READY TO RECEIVE YOUR MESSAGES AND THEN CLICK OKAY TO DISABLE THE AUTO-RESPONDER!!!!
